Born and raised in Big Sky Country, I left Montana to attend the University of Oregon Journalism School, made my way to Portland for 18 years and then followed the sun to the Coachella Valley more than a decade ago.

My first intuitive and medium experiences came at a very young age, when I realized prophetic dreams and experienced multiple unembodied beings around me that not everyone else could see/sense/hear.

During my time in the Pacific NW I explored, studied and became certified in many spiritual and healing modalities including Yoga, Reiki II and Feng Shui. Here in the desert I have become a Pilates instructor, IHS SACRED Practitioner and have used the incredible spiritual energy to hone my intuitive skills even further.

My experience in more “traditional” business enterprises including interior design, publishing, marketing, advertising and business development have all been valuable steps on my journey to combining the two worlds into what I do now.

At the urging of my guides, I have come back to my soul purpose and what really lights me up: combining my intuitive abilities and movement specialist skills to empower clients
