Healing Trauma through the Movement I love.
When I first started working with Tera, I was not aware of her expertise that spans far beyond instructing movements. Tera is able to direct her energy to help me move with more safety, productivity and accuracy. There have been times, especially at the beginning where I was genuinely shocked she could understand what I was experiencing in my body.
